All advertisements are created by third-party advertisers or sourced from programmatic advertising exchanges. Trillboards' role is limited to providing the technology infrastructure for content delivery.
3. Third-Party Content Disclaimer
Trillboards expressly disclaims all responsibility for third-party content.
Content displayed on screens may include advertisements from direct advertisers, programmatic ad exchanges (Google, IMA), default content streams, and partner networks. Trillboards does not review, approve, endorse, or guarantee the appropriateness, accuracy, legality, or quality of any third-party content.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Trillboards only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trillboards and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit or display through the platform
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Trillboards is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trillboards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of Trillboards shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in San Francisco, California, in accordance with JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any permitted legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
10. Accounts and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
